• New York Medicaid Access to Care & Provider Enrollment Survey

  • The Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) seeks updated information regarding the impact of recent and future New York Medicaid ABA rate adjustments and the Medicaid enrollment moratorium. Data will be used to advocate with the New York Department of Health, the Governor's office, and key legislative offices.

    As you may be aware, the Governor's administrative budget includes a 25% reduction for  Medicaid- funded ABA services, with an effective date of 10/1/2026. CASP is still trying to gather specific information about which CPT codes may be impacted and whether the cut will be phased or implemented all at one time.


    Identifying information will be used for follow-up questions and to share educational information or materials developed based on the results of this survey. Information will be aggregated and de-identified before it is shared.

    Only one response is required per organization. If you do not have the necessary information to complete the survey in full, please connect with the appropriate operational, clinical, or revenue cycle management/ authorization leaders within your organization and share the link with them, or complete the survey as a group.
